after that we did invisible chair..
the first 2 sets we were in pain
(bonfires in my thighs)
then the third set
we rememberd wat jo said then we started talking
abt taiwnese dramas and ppl
and then the time pasted like SUPER DAST
cos we heard mavis ay 5o seconds in like SUCJH A SHORT TIME

then we all sat down and did jia jin...
so we went up in groups of 2
and as usual me and kai xuan went up together

then we did xi jiao
lol during that Claudia was like" flying pants!"

then we did handstands
thats when i realised i could do one properly!!!!

then after that we did PT
it was so fun!!!
although painful but fun:D
first we lied down and put our legs into the air 90 degrees

and on the other side
