HAHA YES TODAY I AM VERY HIGH THANKS TO A NICE TRAINING WITHOUT MANY SENIORS

haha actually cherie and shuen hwee and vanessa came

but then vanessa had to leave early because third lang (i think )

so anyways

like when we were still qitiao-ing like crazy

oh and also since today got so few people ..(sec 3 s most went to china )

then we didnt need to do matwork (:

and because of that everyone was super fast (:

so then we were doing PT and waiting , as usual

so then finally we found out something about cherie!

which will stay between us for the sake of cherie (:

teehee so then all of us were -------- (again for cherie )

so after that cherie asked ask me to jie1 tang(basically do a tang after finishing half of the whole set , we have been doing that for like super long )

so then i had to jie after that

so actually i told YM about how i was gonna do the tang3 on my fourth jump

but then since i always do it on my third jump when i just do it without doing the first half

so then I did it on my third jump

and so ...

my first ever tang that was jie3-ed was without a mat

thanks to my stupid brain

so then cherie said i could do 2 jumps before the tang

so then we all had some free time cos we didnt want to do qiankong first

so in the end we just continued doing the set

again and again and again

thne all of us started improving like ALOT

because mavis and me started doing without jumps in the middle and no mat when we land lying down landing on the tramp

so now we have some new module that was started from shuen hwee

which is extremely hard to remember cos its like crazy

sort of like first set with one jump , with mat

second set no jump , with mat (or is it 1 jump , no mat ?)

then the third set abit

erm hard to rmb

aiyah mavis will remember lah

so i just ask her because i have to do the same thing as her

so then after had n choice but to do qiankong

but it turned out sorta okay since wulaoshi like totally clammed down on me

haha

anyways

when i was doing qiankong

then end up

i heard cherie saying :

so then i was laughing and still trying to do qiankong when i heard
